This is an average hotel with very small rooms. This does not fit into the tariff charged. The canteen is also too small with minimum option. The wash room is also not so good. Overall this does not fit if somebody compares with tariff charged. You can get a better hotel in the same price. Even this is not nearer to temple. Three adult in one room is next to impossible task.

Cooperative staff manager and very clean hotel and nearest from railway station,jhv mall , marketing area and for going to airport it so nearest and just after 2 km highway is also so nearest i love it

We were told that we were "upgraded" to this cheap, third class hotel from another hotel called Meadows. Looks like all these buggers are hand in glove in fleecing travelers who come to the city for the first time. We had very clearly told our travel agent that we need two rooms - one triple occupancy and one double occupancy. Despite that these clowns gave us rooms with twin beds. In our room when they put the mattress on the floor, we could not close the door!! and if the door was closed, we couldn't open it. And the mattress provided was even worse. It was worse than a trampoline. No human can sleep on it. Plus the place is infested with mosquitoes. The next day, I called up my travel agent and blasted them - after some background conversations, these fellows finally gave us another room. Had they charged for it, I would have literally sued them. Overall, a very bad experience from a stay perspective. If at all you have the misfortune of staying at this pathetic place, do not eat here. Their cooks (not chefs) don't even know how to prepare tea. That should explain how pathetic things are at that hotel.

I got a very decent offer from hotel team and had pleasant in Hotel Park Plaza I must say it is one of the good Friendly Budget Hotel in Varanasi Cantonment Near Railway Station. Food was great, Ambience good, Staff were good and helpful. Hotel is Close to Near JHV Mall so had walking distance to roam and explore the city near by.

We stayed here on a short stay in Varanasi. I must say the restaurant management was awesome and accommodating. The chef was great, kind, and welcoming. We give him 5 stars! Our room was tiny, but clean. We had a hard time with the Internet service and electricity. Not all the circuits in the room worked and wifi was scattered. The bathroom was clean but very small and we did not attempt to use the shower. The wifi was also unsecure so I did not trust it.
